Grooming your next generation of leaders
This program helps your ‘best and brightest’ gain strategic insights and self-understanding as well as world-class communication and interpersonal skills. A highly diagnostic program, “Grooming” gives future leaders the ability to see themselves as others see them, with a powerful understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses—and strategies designed to improve interpersonal success. Sessions customized to the individual; focuses may involve identifying growth areas, developing skills and instincts, understanding executive success factors (hard and soft skills), polishing executive presence, and more. One-on-one sessions are held weekly for 4 months, with follow-ups as needed over the next 8 months.
