What is personal effectiveness coaching?

Sounding Board... Top leaders and executives often have no one to talk to where "it's safe" to sound off, vent, be listened to, have their assumptions challenged and their blind spots identified. We listen and respond with advice which remains totally confidential.

Business Advice/Decision Making/Problem Solving/Strategy Sessions... Using a strong dose of common sense business savvy, we help participants gain greater understanding and control of the challenges they are expected to know, understand and solve.

Leadership... Assisting leaders and those "next in line" to lead, prepare their successors, set clear direction that all can and want to follow - developing those "critical" traits that define great leaders.

Team Building... To rally people around a common cause, common goals and a shared vision where each team member is a critical part of the process, contributes their skills for the common good, and fills a role that utilizes his/her skills. The theme always is, "No One Wins Unless Everyone Does".

Interpersonal/Soft Skill Development (Emotional Intelligence)... Assisting the participants to "see" their behaviors, their blind spots, and then work to correct them to be "even more effective" communicators.

Conflict Resolution... Bringing individuals and teams to a common table; provide a safe environment to vent, to be heard, to clear the air, to seek forgiveness and then come together toward a "win-win" for all concerned (and leave the past behind once and for all).

Career Advice and Focus... Everyone has a passion, experiences, a unique set of gifts, hopes and dreams which, coupled with their competency and skill base, eventually form a clear career path for them to follow.
